Privacy policy

When you submit a prayer request, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, request, and sharing and email preferences. Anniversary registrations include contact details, selected events, household attendance, and any accessibility needs you choose to provide. Facility inquiries open your email app; they are sent only when you send the prepared email.

Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Please share only information necessary for your request and avoid private information about others.

We use submitted information to respond, coordinate prayer and attendance, arrange requested assistance, and maintain security. Prayer requests and registrations are not public. Church staff receive prayer requests; the prayer team may receive them when you select that permission. Ministry leaders may receive details needed to handle your inquiry.

Lovable Cloud and service providers support website hosting, private records, AI answers, and email delivery. We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Prayer requests are set up for a receipt confirmation, a church-office notice, and a follow-up approximately two days later. Delivery depends on the email service being available; a receipt does not mean a church staff member has reviewed or answered the request.

The optional news-and-events choice is separate from requesting prayer. You may decline it and still submit a request. To withdraw permission for updates, contact the church office. Request-related messages are separate from optional church announcements.

Ask Bethel sends your questions and the conversation context to third-party AI services through Lovable AI to generate answers from published church information. Do not enter confidential prayer details, medical information, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information in the chat. Use the private prayer form or contact the office instead.

Giving links direct you to Givelify, Cash App, or your bank's Zelle service. Payments are handled outside this website under those services' terms and privacy policies; this website does not collect payment card or bank account numbers.

YouTube videos, Facebook content, and other embedded services may process usage information or set cookies when loaded or used. Links to maps and other external sites follow those providers' policies. Your browser settings can restrict cookies, though some content may not work. Website hosting and authentication may use storage necessary to operate and secure the site.

Children under 13 should not submit personal information themselves. A parent or guardian should contact the office for youth participation. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Published worship recordings and event photographs may include attendees. Contact the office with concerns about a specific photo or recording, or to discuss participation and photography preferences.

Access to private prayer and registration records is restricted. No online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Retention depends on ministry needs and applicable obligations; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional communications consent by contacting the office. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legitimate obligations.

We may update this policy as our ministry and online tools change. The current version is always posted on this page.
