Terms of use

This site is offered for information, worship, and ministry participation. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, misuse forms, or post unlawful, harassing, or misleading content through any feature we provide.

Giving links open Givelify, Cash App, or your bank’s Zelle service outside this website and are subject to those providers’ terms. Gifts to the church are generally treated as voluntary contributions rather than purchases. If a gift is submitted in error, contact the church office and we will work with you in good faith to correct it. For tax questions about the deductibility of a contribution, please consult your own tax advisor.

Sermons, music recordings, photographs, text, and graphics on this site are owned by Greater New Bethel Baptist Church or used with permission. You may share links and view or print material for personal, non-commercial, and devotional use. Republishing, reselling, or re-editing our media requires written permission. Music performed in worship remains the property of its respective rights holders.

We link to and embed outside services such as YouTube and Facebook. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Content on this site, including sermons and ministry resources, is spiritual and informational in nature. It is not legal, medical, financial, or counseling advice.

Ask Bethel is an AI assistant, not a pastor or church staff member. Its answers are informational and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Confirm official schedules and important details with the church office. Do not share confidential or sensitive information in the chat.

Prayer submissions and automated receipts do not guarantee a response time or confirm that a staff member has reviewed a request. This website is not monitored as an emergency service. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911; for a mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988.

Dates and details may change. An RSVP records your intention to attend; it is not a purchase or a guarantee of seating, transportation, or an accommodation. Contact the office to confirm arrangements and any assistance you need.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the church and its volunteers are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them from time to time, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
